Santa Paula Phacelia Blossom Honey
This Phacelia honey is very light with floral notes. It was produced the first Spring after the Thomas Fire ravaged the hillsides of Ventura County. Phacelia is a native plant that had previously been pushed back by other invasive plants. After Thomas, it grew back abundantly and was the only thing our bees had to feed on that first Spring in the Santa Paula Canyon. Supply is limited. Purchase while you can.
